Raspberry Fizz

Pinks Syrups, natural fruit syrups made in Milton Keynes, England

Ingredients

25ml Raspberry Syrup
50 ml Vodka
Champagne
A few raspberries

Pour the Raspberry syrup into a champagne flute and add a couple of raspberries

Add the Vodka

Top up with Champagne

Pinks Syrups raspberry frothy milk shake


Serves 1

Ingredients

20ml Raspberry Syrup
200 ml Milk

Pour the Raspberry syrup into a liquidizer.

Add the milk.

Whiz on full power for 1 minute.

Instant delicious milk shake

If you do not have a liquidizer you can mix the syrup and milk together for a normal milk shake.

Raspberry Cheesecake


Ingredients

115g digestive biscuits, crushed
50g butter, melted
3 tbsps caster sugar
250g cream cheese
250ml thick set natural yogurt
175ml double cream
4 tbsps raspberry syrup
Raspberries to decorate

Melt the butter in a pan, remove from the heat and stir in the crushed biscuits and half of the sugar and mix together. While still warm press the biscuit mixture into the base of a flan ring. Refrigerate for an hour to set.

Cream the cream cheese, remaining sugar and yoghurt until smooth.

In another bowl, whip the double cream until softly peaking and then fold into the yoghurt mixture.

Stir in the syrup and mix well.

Spread the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the surface with a palette knife.

Return to the fridge for an hour or until ready to serve.

To serve, decorate with a few raspberries, and a drizzle of syrup.
